HNJ Jersey City is open to Jersey City residents only (proof of address required). Boys & girls ages 6 – 18 can join with no experience necessary. Participants will be fully equipped and learn ice hockey completely FREE of cost!

After completing the on-line pre-registration, participants will need to come to one of the registration/equipment handout dates listed below. Your child must be present to receive equipment and you must provide proof of address.

**Equipment is first come, first serve. We recommend arriving early to each registration.**

RETURNING PLAYERS NEEDING NEW EQUIPMENT: If a returning player has outgrown their equipment, please bring the gear to an Equipment Handout date to exchange the gear. Additionally, if players buy their own equipment, we ask that you return your old gear to HNJ.

REGISTER ONLINE: You can pre-register online to save the hassle of filling out forms in person and have access to all the features enhancing your experience with HockeyinNJ.com.

HOUSE LEAGUE: For the first time, HNJ Jersey City will have a Middle School House League, which will compete for the HNJ Cup! House League will begin in December.

ACADEMIC MONITORING: All u14 & u18 participants will be required to submit report cards every quarter. Participants will be required to maintain grades, behavior, and attendance.

LIFE SKILLS TRAINING: HNJ will also introduce Life Skills classes which will help benefit participants both on and off the ice!

SEMI-TRAVEL TEAMS: Advanced players are eligible to play for HNJ's Semi-Travel Teams which travel to play teams across the Northeast.

SUMMER CAMP: Any HNJ Jersey City Summer Camp participant can take part in the HNJ Summer Camp during the summer.
